I got this handbook because I needed to study for my G1 test. But, in all honesty, I don't think I even needed it. Taking practice tests online can easily substitute for nearly everything in this book. Factor that in with the fact that the actual test is possibly the simplest I've ever taken, and that all of the que The ' Official Drivers Handbook ' is about as informative as it needs to be if you are completely new to driving or don't know much about drinking and driving laws and demerit points.
However, I feel that the information could have been organized in a more interesting manner, as opposed to the way it drones on like a standard textbook.

I didn't learn anything and it repeated itself so many times that I was ready to throw it against the wall. Really the best way to prrepare to write your G1 test is to do the online practice tests. After doing that a few times you will be fine. To be honest, I only added this book to my list so I could give it one star. Its long. Its boring.
