How to write chinese characters in microsoft word 2007

Windows 7 speech recognition has traditional Chinese. There is no solution on the web. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. How can I go about it, please give step by step instructions. I have tried contacting the MS suport in HK, they are not helpful they even think there is no speech recognition in windows 7.
